Romantic Oregon Coast Escape with Porch, Fireplace & Garden Charm

Olivia's Rose

From the moment you turn into the Olivia Beach neighborhood, Olivia’s Rose feels like a scene from a romantic movie. This picture‑perfect Oregon Coast cottage sits among rose‑lined landscaping, with a storybook wraparound porch, white trim, and soft coastal light spilling through the windows. Guests call it beautiful, picturesque, and perfect for a family trip. A charming Lincoln City vacation rental that’s easy to fall in love with.

Step onto the neighborhood boardwalk and follow it toward the beach for an easy walk to the Olivia Beach stairs and waters edge. At low tide, wander right along the waterline to discover tidepools, starfish, and anemones around the rocky outcroppings - classic Oregon Coast exploring. When you’re ready to come home, the covered porch is a favorite spot to settle in with a blanket and a warm drink, rain or shine, and the sunny back deck is made for grilling and gathering on clear evenings.

Inside, Olivia’s Rose is designed for slow, comfortable coastal days. The living room pairs a gas fireplace with cozy seating so you can curl up after a misty beach walk, a day hunting for glass floats during Lincoln City’s Finders Keepers season, or an afternoon at local events like the Lincoln City Kite Festival. The kitchen is especially loved by guests. It’s bright, thoughtfully stocked, and set up for anything from simple snacks between adventures to full family dinners. When the meal’s ready, gather around the dining table or step out to the deck for a grilled seafood feast.

With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this home comfortably hosts up to six for a family beach vacation, couples’ escape, or girlfriends’ getaway. The primary suite feels like a quiet retreat with its own bath and walk‑in closet, while the additional bedrooms offer comfortable beds and flexible space for kids or another couple. Guests describe the home as comfortable, spacious, and ideal for relaxing together after full days at the coast.

Upstairs, a second living area gives everyone room to spread out. It’s an easy place to sneak away with a book, set up a movie night on the smart TV, or give teens and early risers their own hangout space. Downstairs, the wraparound covered porch and back deck keep you connected to the fresh air - morning coffee on the front porch, afternoon grilling on the back deck, and evenings spent listening to the ocean in the distance.

The Olivia Beach neighborhood itself is one of the biggest perks. It’s quiet, clean, and wonderfully walkable, with a community park just across the way that offers a firepit, playground, walking paths, volleyball courts, and, in season, a pool and small gym. Everything you need for easy family‑friendly Lincoln City days. Guests love strolling to the park, wandering down to the sand, and using the neighborhood as a peaceful home base.

When you’re ready to explore, you’re close to the best of Lincoln City. Spend your days hiking nearby coastal trails like Drift Creek Falls, Cascade Head, or The Knoll, then reward yourself with fresh seafood at favorites like Kyllo’s, sample local bites at the Pine Dines food trucks, or grab treats from Lincoln City Donuts. Between seasonal events, kite‑flying weather, storm watching, outlet shopping, and classic beach‑town fun, this central stretch of the Oregon Coast has something in every season.

Whether you’re here for a romantic coastal escape, a first‑time Oregon Coast adventure, or a week of family R&R, Olivia’s Rose wraps it all in the charm of a movie‑worthy cottage and the ease of a well‑loved Lincoln City vacation rental.
