As you climb up the stairs of this family-friendly retreat, you'll reach the main level and living space made up of an open floor plan combining the kitchen, living room, and dining area together. The kitchen is luminous and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils you could need to come up with savory preparations for the group. The dining table allows up to six people and the breakfast bar adds three more spaces. However, if you'd like to experience an unforgettable breakfast al fresco, the deck offers an outdoor dining area with views of the nearby forest. A gas grill can be found on the deck as well, perfect for cookouts. Back inside, the living room is one of the main relaxation spots inside the house. Kick back on the sofa and stream your favorite Netflix series or movies for an entertaining afternoon, or you might as well grab one of the books available, snuggle up on the armchair, and experience a magical reading time. Downtown is less than a mile away from you and is the ideal place to find a great variety of dining options, the International Police Museum, and Lake Lytle, a great place to fish, swim, kayak, and paddleboard, especially if you're a beginner. The main advantage of this lake is the relatively calm surface it has.
