Dog friendly oceanfront home with private hot tub sauna and incredible view

Waive Time

Perched high above the shoreline, Waive Time is a truly special oceanfront escape in Lincoln City - where crashing waves, salty air, and sweeping 180-degree views of the Pacific surround you from nearly every room. This two-story, circular-designed home offers a front-row seat to nature, blending comfort, space, and unforgettable scenery.

Wake up to the sound of the surf and watch the light change across the water through expansive windows facing south, west, and north. Below, a peaceful stretch of beach invites morning walks and tide-pooling, while Roads End State Recreation Site is just up the road. You’re also less than a mile from Chinook Winds Casino, with Lincoln City’s restaurants, shops, festivals, and coastal events only minutes away.

After a day spent beachcombing, boogie boarding, hiking, or exploring town, come home to relax and reconnect. Soak in the private oceanview hot tub, unwind in the sauna, or gather on the upper deck for sunset dinners with the waves as your backdrop.

Inside, the home was beautifully remodeled in 2025, offering a clean, updated, and comfortable stay throughout. The main living area upstairs features an open layout with a well-equipped kitchen, dining space, and living room - all framed by dramatic ocean views. Cozy up by the gas fireplace, enjoy movie nights, or simply watch the waves roll in.

Downstairs, a second living space adds room to spread out, complete with a woodstove, foosball table, TV, games, DVDs, and books. Perfect for families and rainy coastal days. The private sauna is just steps away for the ultimate après-beach relaxation. Three thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, plus a queen-size fold-out bed, comfortably sleep up to eight guests. Comfortable beds, quality furnishings, ample linens, and strong Wi-Fi ensure everyone feels at home, whether you’re here for a long weekend or an extended stay.

Outside, keep an eye out for deer and local wildlife as you take in the tranquil surroundings. The beach is within easy walking distance, and while parking is slightly sloped, as is common along the coast, the location more than makes up for it.

Whether you’re planning a family getaway, a small group retreat, or a peaceful escape filled with outdoor adventure, coastal events, and ocean views that never get old, Waive Time delivers an unforgettable Lincoln City experience.
