Experience the unparalleled feeling of having the ocean right in your backyard, in addition to enjoying typical home conveniences such as complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Situated right on the beach, you'll be less than a mile from the shops and restaurants of Pacific City's main business district and just half a mile south of Pelican Brewing. Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area is one mile north, where you can find tidepools, hiking trails, and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view.

The interior of this home is exquisite, with vaulted ceilings and polished, heated concrete floors. In the living area, an oversized sectional faces an expansive wall of windows, which provide views of the ocean and Haystack Rock. Sink into the plush cushions and watch the tide roll in, or browse the cable channels on the TV.

Next to the living room, the modern, open kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances and a spacious central island. There are also convenient small appliances such as a coffee grinder, a toaster, and a blender. Sit down to eat at the big dining room table - thanks to the expansive ocean views, it's almost like eating outdoors! When you're finished, place your dishes in the dishwasher for easy clean-up.

When it's time for bed, the main bedroom has a luxurious en suite bathroom and a Tempur-Pedic Contour Elite mattress, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed.

With so much natural beauty, you'll have plenty of choices when filling your vacation days. After a leisurely breakfast, step outside your back door and onto the sandy beach, and stroll along the shoreline while keeping an eye out for sand dollars and sea glass. Need a break from the beach? Head 22 miles south to Lincoln City and browse the outlet mall, or check out the Three Capes Scenic Drive, which starts north at Cape Meares State Park and ends at Cape Kiwanda.
