The downstairs living room features a foosball table, a comfortable sectional sofa, a bonus sleeping space, and direct backyard access. Fire up the private gas grill, or cook up something tasty in the full kitchen set up with full-size appliances (plus a dishwasher and lots of counter space). What are you waiting for?
