The interior is modern and well-appointed, allowing you to walk through the door after a day spent on the beach, head upstairs to the main living area, and fix yourself a snack in the kitchen or pile on the sofa to watch a TV show. Bring a book outside to one of the cushioned seats on the deck, light the gas grill, and use the kitchen's stainless steel appliances and island cooktop to get a delicious homemade meal on the table. As for the evening hours, head outside to roast marshmallows around the firepit with a soundtrack of ocean waves rolling in, or gather for a movie in the downstairs media room, complete with a mini-fridge for your favorite drinks and snacks.
At night, you'll have your pick of three bedrooms and a loft room spread out across the home's three levels. There are two king bedrooms, one on the main living level and one on the lower level, as well as a third bedroom downstairs with a twin-over-full bunk bed. The loft room, which is accessed by a spiral staircase from the living room, features a full-size bunk bed.
